In addition, DOL has agreed to meet the following conditions: -- Persons taking the Test of Adult Basic Education may be paid no mor than $25 for their participation in the test. -- DOL may provide no more than a $5 payment as a third-party search incentive for persons who are difficult to locate. -- No payments shall be made to persons who refuse to participate. -- DOL shall indicate the significance of empirical estimates publishe or reported based on these data, through an asterisk showing level of signficance and publication of standard errors with the estimates wher where appropriate.
