Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED BY MAIL AMONG ALL LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES, HOME HEALTH AGENCIES, AND HOSPICES. THE PURPOSES ARE TO PROVIDE A SAMPLING FRAME FOR FUTURE SURVEYS AND TO PROVIDE NATIONAL DA ON THE NUMBER, TYPE, AND GEOGRAPHIC DISTRIBUTION OF PROVIDERS OF LONG-TERM CARE.
