Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS DATA COLLECTION IS TO COLLECT THE COLLEGE TRANSCRI ON "NEWLY MINTED" TEACHERS FROM THE 1990-91 SCHOOLS AND STAFFING SURVE THE TRANSCRIPT DATA ON THESE TEACHERS WILL BE CODED AND COMBINED FOR ANALYSIS PURPOSES WITH THE TRANSCRIPT DATA ON NEWLY QUALIFIED TEACHERS FROM THE RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES STUDY OF 1990-91.
