Approved through July 1994. We have increased the burden to the estimate given in item 13 of the narrative justification because issue are currently complying with the recordkeeping of Section 1.403(b)-2 a providing information to employees and beneficiaries on request. We believe that the Department should complete rulemaking on this rule in order that any public comments on the information collections can be discussed in the preamble.
