Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved through 7-96 under the following condition: As agreed to by the Agency, FNS will change the burden estimate on the form to an hour and twenty-eight minutes. In general, FNS should avoid using decimal points in their burden estimates, and instead use hours and minutes so that the average person can easily understand the time estimate. In addition, FNS will change the OMB address on the burden estimate for this and all other information collections submitted to OMB to read: "Office of Manageme and Budget, Paperwork Reduction Project (0584-####), Washington, DC 20503.
