ED has agreed meet the following conditions: -- Any requests for teacher transcripts shall be submitted for OMB review as an addendum to this package. -- In item W.1, the question shall be posed for any first job that results from degree attainment, not just jobs related to the degree field. -- In item W.2.1, questions on unemployment compensation shall only be asked of persons with spells of unemployment. -- ED shall add questions regarding electoral politics, letter-writing to public officials, and neighborhood/community organizing to item P.5 on political activity, to the extent that such questions do not duplicate questions asked under item P.2.

Abstract: THIS STUDY WILL COLLECT AND REPORT DATA ABOUT STUDENTS WHO COMPLETED A BACCALAUREATE DEGREE IN ACADEMIC YEAR 1992-93. THIS LONGITUDINAL STUD WILL FOLLOW A SAMPLE OF 16,000 STUDENTS NATIONWIDE AND PROVIDE EXTENSIVE DATA ON ATTAINMENT OUTCOMES, ACCESS TO GRADUATE EDUCATION, A RATE OF RETURN ON POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION.
