This information collection is approved through 12-93 under the following condition: As agreed to by the Agency, during the focus groups with the children, the interviewers will only ask the children to divide up the pictures once, between participants and non- participants. Further questioning about the difference bewteen subsidized and non-subsidized participation will be verbal only and will not involve the use of the pictures.
