Abstract: THE SURVEY OF LABOR HOUSING BORROWERS IS REQUIRED BY COURT ORDER IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, CASE #1-91-CV-274. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION FILED. ALSO, UNDER RULE 34 OF THE FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURES, THE INFORMATION SOLICITED IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED.
