Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved for use until January 31, 1994 This expiration date coincides with the date of expiration for the identical VA form. There is a discrepancy in the burden hour estimates that appear on the HUD version and the VA versions of the form. This must be reconciled prior to the next approval. HUD should specify who it has contacted at VA to correct this differences and explain wha if any, changes were made as a result of this consultation. (HUD version indicates .65 hours and VA version indicates 1/3 hour).
