Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS NEEDED TO MEASURE PATTERNS OF USE AND DIFFUSION OF ADVANCED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES. THE DATA WILL BE USED TO EVALUAT THE RATE OF CHANGE IN TECHNOLOGY USAGE BY DOMESTIC MANUFACTURERS. APPROXIMATELY 10,000 ESTABLISHMENTS WILL RECEIVE THE FORM.
