Abstract: HOUSING LOANS, SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING, DELIQUENT LOANS, DEBT COLLECTIO DELINQUENT LOAN, DEBT COLLECTION LETTERS ARE THE INITIAL AND SUBSEQUENT DEMAND LETTERS USED BY HUD TO COLLECT MONIES ON DELINQUENT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AFTER THE LENDER HAS EXHAUSTED ITS EFFORTS AND IS SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR A LOAN REIMBURSEMENT.
