Abstract: REGULATION IS BEING REVISED AS THE RESULT OF A NEW AUTHORIZATION UNDER SECTION 306C(B) OF THE CONSOLIDATED FARM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, (7 U.S.C. 1926 (C)), AS AMENDED. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SECTION 306 WWD INDIVIDUAL GRANT PROGRAM IS TO EXTEND WATER AND WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE TO AND/OR CONNECTING THE RESIDENTS OF COLONIES ALONG THE U.S./MEXICO BORDER TO A COMMUNITY WATER AND/OR WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
