Abstract: CERTAIN QUESTIONS ARE ADDED TO IRS FORMS 1120, 1065, AND 1040, SCHEDUL C IN YEARS CONCURRENT WITH THE ECONOMIC CENSUSES. RESPONSES PROVIDE T CENSUS BUREAU WITH ESTABLISHMENT COUNTS AND OTHER INFORMATION FOR SMAL BUSINESSES. WITHOUT THESE RESPONSES, MANY ADDITIONAL BUSINESSES WOULD BE CANVASSED IN THE ECONOMIC CENSUSES.
