THE 5-YEAR ECONOMIC/ AGRICULTURE CENSUSES PROVIDE BENCHMARKS FOR INDEXES OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION, BUSINESS ACTIVITIES, SALES, AND VARIOUS AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS, ALL OF WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL FOR UNDERSTANDING CURRENT ECONOMI
