THESE DATA ARE USED BY GOVERNMENT, INDUSTR BUSINESS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO MEASURE TRUCK USAGE. RESPONDENTS OF THIS SURVEY WILL CONSIST OF REGISTERED TRUCK OWNERS AND LESSEES.
