Abstract: EACH STATE AGENCY ADMINISTERING THE WIC PROGRAM WOULD USE THE WIC PROGRAM ANNUAL CLOSEOUT REPORT AND ADDENDUM TO FURNISH THE INFORMATION NEEDED BY FNS AT THE END OF EACH FISCAL YEAR TO CLOSEOUT THE STATE AGENCY'S WIC PROGRAM GRANT. IT IS THE STATE AGENCY'S FINAL STATEMENT OF ACTIVITY UNDER ITS GRANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR.
