Abstract: THE WATER BANK PROGRAM REGULATIONS AND RELATED FORMS ARE USED TO ADMINISTER THE WBP. THE PROGRAM COMPENSATES ELIGIBLE PERSONS FOR MAINTAINING WETLANDS AND FOR PROVIDING NEEDED ADDITIONAL HABITAT IN IMPORTANT MIGRATORY WATERFOWL NESTING, BREEDING, AND FEEDING AREAS.
