Abstract: THIS REGULATION WILL CREATE NET WEIGHT STANDARDS THAT WILL PROVIDE CONSUMERS WITH ACCURATELY LABELED NET WEIGHT STATEMENTS. IT WILL ALSO ENABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATORY AGENCIES TO ENFORCE UNIFOR NET WEIGHT STANDARDS.
