Approved as amended by DOL's 7/16/92 memorandum to OMB. As DOL has agreed, clearance is granted through March 1993; upon commencement of the next grant period, April1, 1993, DOL will begin to collect more detailed information on the kinds of services participants receive, necessitating a revision of this collection. In addition: -- DOL has not demonstrated sufficient evidence to continue quarterly reporting, as requested in the pending conditions of clearance. Accordingly, upon the next submission for clearance DOL shall implemen semi-annual reporting. -- DOL shall ensure that the standard certifications regarding prior debarment or suspension from Federal programs are included. This condition shall be implemented immediately. -- To eliminate duplication, the next submission for clearance shall collect data only on total retained in employment, and shall delete th data element on retention rate (which can be calculated from the total -- The next submission for clearance shall group professionals, technicians, and officials/managers into miscellaneous, since the proportion of persons in these occupations is under 2 percent.
