Abstract: ONE OF THE PRIMARY MEDIA THROUGH WHICH NUMEROUS INFECTIOUS OR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES OF SWINE IS TRANMITTED IS RAW GARBAGE. 9 CFR 16 IMPLEMENTS THE PROVISIONS OF THE SWINE HEALTH PROTECTION ACT. P.L. 96-468 REQUIRES ALL GARBAGE TO BE TREATED TO DESTROY INFECTIOUS AGENTS BEFORE IT IS FED TO SWINE.
