Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED BY PERSONAL INTERVIEWERS AMONG A SAMPLE OF HOSPICES AND HOME HEALTH AGENCIES ABOUT THE PATIENTS THEY SERVE. THE NATIONAL HOME AND HOSPICE CARE SURVEY WILL PROVIDE ESTIMATES OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PEOPLE BEING SERVED BY HOSPICES AND HOME HEALTH AGENCIES.
