Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this Information Collection Request (ICR) has been approved through May 14, 1993, with the exception of form numbers: (1) Schedule of Tanks, CCC-32-1; (2) Schedule of Rates, CCC-32-2; (3) Contract for Tank Storage, CCC-32; (4) Application for Approval of Tank Farm, CCC- 513. These latter forms are disapproved because they are inactive. If the agency should choose to reactivate these forms, they must be submitted for PRA clearance at that time. In addition, should the agency choose to resubmit this collection upon expiration, the agency shall perform a review of the following forms in order to determine their practical utility and possible duplication (1) Application for approval of Warehouse for Storage of Cotton and/or Cotton Linters, CCC-49, OMB No. 0560-0010; (2) Application for Approva of Warehouse (For Grain, Rice, Dry Edible Beans, or Seed), CCC-24, OMB No. 0560-0009; (3) Application for Approval of Warehouse (Processed Commodities), CCC-560, OMB No. 0560-0052; (4) Application for Approval of Warehouse (For Honey Storage Agreement), CCC-55, OMB No. 0560-0052. A description of this review and its results shall be included in the submission for clearance under the PRA at that time.
