Abstract: THE SURVEY IS NEEDED TO REQUEST INFORMATION FROM CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE PRIVATE SECTOR EXPORT CREDIT INSURANCE USERS REGARDING THEIR VIEWS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACTOR'S PERSONNEL. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WILL BE SMALL BUSINESS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, EXPORTERS, AND PROSPECTIVE EXPORTERS. THE AGGREGATE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY WILL BE UTILIZED BY EXIMBANK AS THE BASIS OF AN ANNUAL
