Abstract: NCES IS COLLECTING INFORMATION ON "EDUCATION EXPERIENCES AND LABOR FOR PARTICIPATION" FROM BACHELOR'S AND MASTER'S DEGREE RECIPIENTS WHO GRADUATED IN THE 1989-90 ACADEMIC YEAR. DATA WILL BE USED TO DESCRIBE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MAJOR FIELD OR STUDY AND LABOR FORCE STATUS, AND SALARY, ESPECIALLY FOR NEW K-12 TEACHERS.
