CDC shall recognize that because the data will be collected in isolated regions, they are not generalizeable to the national populati Rather, the data gathered, used in conjunction with data gathered from CDC's Foodborne Surveillance System, will provide insight into the frequency of occurrence and sources of vibriosis, salmonellosis, and campylobacteriosis for the populations studied and the locations sampl 2. The data gathered, limited to people who have become sick and a control group, will not permit CDC to derive the risk of seafood-borne disease for the pathogens targeted.
