Abstract: AS A RESULT OF INTERNAL MANAGEMENT STUDY, ITA HAS ESTABLISHED A MANAGEMENT GOAL TO RECEIVE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ITA PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
