THE PURPOSE OF THE OCR FEASIBILITY SURVEY IS TO EXAMINE THE AVAILABILI OF INFORMATION FOR NEW DATA ITEMS FOR THEIR BIENNIAL ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL CIVIL RIGHTS SURVEY.
