THE RCWP REGULATION SET FORTH POLICY PROGRAM PROVISIONS ARE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF RCWP. THE RCWP-1 IS USED IN DETERMINING NEE AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPANTS TO OBTAIN RCWP ASSISTANCE TO SOLVE AGRICULTURAL-RELATED WATER QUALITY PROBLEMS ON THEIR FARMS.
