Abstract: ONLY STATE DAS AND USDA ARE IMPACTED BY THE SOC AGREEMENT WHICH DOES NOT IMPOSE ANY ADDITIONAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ON DAS FROM THOSE ALREADY REQUIRED UNDER THE FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM REGULATIONS (7 CFR 250). THE SOC AGREEMENT DOES NOT IMPOSE ANY ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY OR REPORTING BURDEN AT ANY OTHER LEVEL OF FDD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION.
