Abstract: THE REGULATIONS AT 7 CFR 780, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGRICULTURAL ACT 1949, PROVIDE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL PROCESS FOR ADVERSE DETERMINATIONS ISSUED WITH RESPECT TO PROGRAMS WHICH ARE ADMINISTERED ASCS. THIS PROCESS FACILITATES THE PRODUCER'S RIGHT TO REQUEST RECONSIDERATION REGARDING CERTAIN ADVERSE DETERMINATIONS.
