This OMB approval covers: 1) the Contract of Participation between the Assisted Tenant, 2) the Action Plan of the PHA, 3) the Establishment o Tenant Escrow Account and 4) Annual Reports to HUD. HUD should update the burden hour estimates for the other OMB approved paperwork required in this Family Self-Sufficiency Program (HUD forms #52515, #50070, #52470 and #52730) to include this new program. In its next submission, HUD should address any paperwork burden concerns raised in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program Guidelines comment period.
