Abstract: REGULATIONS UNDER 7 CFR PART 251 IMPLEMENT PUBLIC LAW AUTHORIZING FOOD DONATIONS TO RELIEVE SITUATIONS OF EMERGENCY AND DISTRESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FOOD TO NEEDY PERSONS. PART 251 REGULATIONS COMPRISE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF DONATED FOODS THROUGH THE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
