SECTION 359 A(F) OF THE AGRICULTURAL ADJUSTMENT ACT OF 1938, AS AMENDE REQUIRED THAT THE SECRETARY PRESCRIBE A FORM FOR USE BY HANDLERS AND PRODUCERS IN CONTRACTING ADDITIONAL PEANUTS.
