Abstract: TO CARRY OUT ITS RESPONSIBLITIES UNDER NEPA, THE AGENCY MUST COLLECT INFORMATION FROM GRANT APPLICANTS RELATING TO POTENTIAL IMPACTS OF THEIR PROJECTS ON THE QUALITY OF THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO INFORM INTERESTED PARTIES ABOUT AGENCY ACTIONS PURSUANT TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS. RESPONDENTS ARE PRIMARILY STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES.
