Abstract: FNS-53 IS A FORM SUBMITTED BY STATE AGENCIES AND INDIAN TRIBAL ORGANIZATIONS TO ORDER COMMODITIES FOR THE FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM O INDIAN RESERVATIONS AND THE COMMODITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM. USE THIS FORM ALLOWS THE ORDERING OF A MULTIPLE NUMBER OF COMMODITIES TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEEDS OF PROGRAMS THAT CANNOT ACCEPT CARLOT SHIPMENTS OF INDIVIDUAL COMMODITIES.
