Abstract: WHENEVER A NEW INVESTMENT IN BANK PREMISES BY A STATE MEMBER BANK CAUSES THAT BANK'S TOTAL DOLLAR INVESTMENT IN BANK PREMISES TO EXCEED 100 PERCENT OF THE BANK'S CAPITAL STOCK ACCOUNT, THE BANK IS REQUIRED TO SEND AN APPLICATION TO THE APPROPRIATE RESERVE BANK REQUESTING PERMISSION TO PROCEED.
