Abstract: THE LAST DECADE HAS SPURRED TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES WHICH HAVE IMPACTED ERIC AS AN EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDER. THE VIEWS OF USERS AND POTENTIAL USERS OF ERIC ARE CRITICAL AT THIS TIME FOR THE FUTURE PLANS OF CLEARINGHOUSE REBIDS. THIS TWENTY ONE QUESTION SURVEY WILL ASSESS THE VIEWS OF 3,600 EDUCATORS IN THE FIELD.
