Abstract: IRS RESEARCH PROJECT. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WILL BE OFFERED, ON A LIMITED BASIS, THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE PAYROLL TAX PENALTIES ABATED UPON COMPLETION OF A PAYROLL TAX WORKSHOP. THE TAXPAYER'S RESPONSE ON THIS APPLICATION FORM WILL ALLOW THE WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR TO MAKE A PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION AS TO THE TAXPAYER'S QUALIFICATION FOR THE PROGRAM.
