Abstract: THE WIC VENDOR ISSUES STUDY WILL DEVELOP A NATIONAL ESTIMATE OF THE DEGREE OF ABUSE COMMITTED BY WIC VENDORS, USING COMPLIANCE BUYS AS THE DATA COLLECTION METHODOLOGY. THE DATA BASE DEVELOPED FROM STUDY RESUL WILL PROVIDE FNS WITH BASELINE DATA TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF N REGULATIONS.
