OMB has approved this information collection under the following conditions: 1) In the next printing of HUD Form 92290, HUD shall clarify the Instructions for Questions 1-7. Questions 1-3 are self explanatory, as is question #7. Questions 4-6 are to be completed by HUD, and this should be stated in the instructions. 2) In its next submission, HUD shall provide greater detail on the actual number of loan applications for Section 102(b) assistance, to verify that the loan applications have been in a "downward trend".
