In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this collection of information, as narrowly defined in the submission for review, is approved through November 30, 1991. Given the ongoing revision of the relevant regulations and the serious concerns raised by comments from regular respondents during this review, the Department of State should conduct a careful internal review of this information collection and its supporting statement for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The Department should also consult with the respondents, keeping OMB informed of the progress of this process. OMB staff remain available for consultation on these information collections. The next submission for review should address issues raised by the comments during this review.
