Abstract: THIS SURVEY, COMBINED WITH THE RESULTS OF 1986 DCM SURVEY AND THE 1990 DCM GENERAL ORDER, WILL ALLOW THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER ITS LABELING ENFORCEMENT POLICY HAS BEEN EFFECTIVE IN PROMOTING SAFER CONSUMER USAGE PRACTICES AND WHETHER INFORMATION HAS REDUCED THE RISKS OF DCM EXPOSURE TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL.
