Approved through July 1991, subject to the condition that BLS shall submit for OMB review modified instructions for Pilot C. These instructions should encourage employers to attach - rather than transcribe the detailed case characteristics from another form - a worker's compensation form, where available. If employers use the worker's compensation form, BLS shall instruct them that they should ensure all BLS requested information is complete and that they are permitted to block out any information not requested by BLS.
