Abstract: INTERNAL AND LIMITED EXTERNAL SURVEYS HAVE SHOWN A NEED FOR IMPROVEMEN IN CERTAIN PROGRAMS. STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO IMPROVE THE IDENTIFIED COMPONENTS. THE PTO NEEDS USER INPUT TO VERIFY IMPROVEMENT OF THE IDENTIFIED PROGRAM COMPONENTS. THE RESPONDENTS OF THE PLANNED SURVEYS WILL BE PATENT APPLICANTS OR THEIR AGENTS.
