Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ADMINISTER THE EMERGENCY FEED AND EMERGENCY FEED ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS PRESCRIBED IN P.L. 86-299 AND THE FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ACT OF 1977, AS AMENDED. THE INFORMATION WILL BE GATHERED FROM PRODUCERS WHO ARE SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR ELIGIBILITY UNDER THES PROGRAMS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE PRODUCER ELIGIBILITY.
