Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ADMINISTER THE DAIRY TERMINATION PROGRAM PRESCRIBED IN P.L. 99-198, FOOD SECURITY ACT OF 1985. THE INFORMATION WILL BE GATHERED FROM MILK PRODUCERS SUBMITTING BIDS TO CONTRACT WITH THE SECRETARY TO DISPOSE OF THEIR DAIRY HERDS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO CHECK COMPLIANCE WITH THE 5-YEAR NON PRODUCTION PERIOD.
