The statistical validity and thus the utility of this information collection is highly dependent on the response rate. Abstract: THERE IS A NEED FOR AN EFFECTIVE MEANS TO EVALUATE THE AGENT DISTRIBUT SERVICE. RESULTS ARE NOT IMMEDIATE AND SURVEYS TAKEN DIRECTLY AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED DO NOT ALWAYS REFLECT AN ACCURATE ASSESSMENT. THEREFORE, AN EVALUATION 10 MONTHS AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE TRUE VALUE OF THE PROGRAM.
