Abstract: THIS PROPOSAL WOULD ALLOW ANTE-MORTEM INSPECTION TO BE PERFORMED ON DISABLED ANIMALS AND OTHER ANIMALS UNABLE TO MOVE WHILE THEY ARE INSID THE TRANSPORT VEHICLE. THIS WOULD RESULT IN A MORE HUMANE HANDLING OF DISABLED ANIMALS DESIGNATED FOR ANTE-MORTEM INSPECTION.
