Abstract: THIS STUDY WILL ASSESS THE UTILIZATION OF OLDER WORKERS (AGED 55 PLUS) IN THE LABOR MARKET, SMALL VERSUS LARGE BUSINESSES. ALSO, THIS RESEARCH WILL ASSESS THE PROBABILITY OF OLDER WORKERS SWITCHING TO SELF-EMPLOYMENT. THE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY USES DATA FROM A MAIL SURVEY, SUPPLEMENTED BY SECONDARY DATA.
