Abstract: THE SBA FORM 415C SERVES AS A COVER SHEET TO IDENTIFY ANY POST-LICENSI CHANGES. THESE CHANGES INCLUDE SUCH ITEMS AS: CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT OR CAPITALIZATION. SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANIES ARE REQUIRED BY REGULATION TO SUBMIT ALL CHANGES TO SBA FOR POST APPROVAL AS A CONDITION FOR THE CONTINUANCE OF THEIR LICENSE.
